The event is the ninth annual Australian Retail Banking Summit, hosted by the RFi Group. The theme for this year is ‘Customers versus Commission: Where's Your Focus?’.
Many of the key issues impacting the retail banking market will feature at the Summit. Expect to hear more on the customer experience, executing innovation, digital identity, regulation of data and open APIs, the banking culture shift and the impact of the NPP.
